I’d like to discuss some of the things people should do after getting a WordPress site up and running. I’ve given this talk at WordCamp Birmingham earlier this year, but I’m changing it up a bit. Basic topics I’d like to discuss <\/p>\n

1. WordPress, it’s not just for blogs anymore.. I’d like to show case small businesses that don’t necessarily “blog” and how they’re using WordPress as a CMS. <\/p>\n

2. Things you need to do with WordPress as a business, things like Google Analytics, Goal tracking, using KissMetrics and seeing funnels in action. <\/p>\n
