This session picks up where Introduction to Themeing leaves off. We will discuss more advanced WordPress content types: Custom Post Types, custom fields, taxonomies and relationships, to take our website beyond the basics. These concepts open up a whole new world of functionality and content flexibility in WordPress! We will be customizing the WordPress loop, discussing the wp-plugins folder and creating our first (tiny) WordPress plugins(!); and utilizing a popular plugin to help us create an excellent Editor interface for content entry.
