Mark Jacobson manages the Web & Mobile Services team at UW-Milwaukee and lead the campus working group that recommended WordPress as UWM’s new Web platform in May 2013. Mark also served as technical lead on the implementation project and co-project managed along with colleague Tamara Edmond through to the successful go live in March 2014. In addition to being a champion of WordPress at UWM, Mark lead the transition from proprietary to open source software as the standard development platform for campus Web projects.
